The collaboration will focus, for an initial phase, on some key areas for the evolution of
integrated water service. In particular, joint activities are planned in the area of energy management, with
the goal of improving energy performance and supporting the planning of interventions
optimization and development of renewable sources. A further area concerns remote control systems, with
guidance and coordination activities aimed at the evolution of technological architectures and
to the integration of plant monitoring and management systems. The collaboration will also involve
internal audit activities, through the sharing of methodologies and tools useful for strengthening
internal processes and the continuous improvement of management performance.
The model adopted is one of cooperation – through a collaboration agreement – between parties
public, based on non-commercial logic, and oriented towards skill exchange and mutual
operational support, in compliance with the respective roles and areas of responsibility. The expansion of activities to Como
