Como Acqua ha predisposto un’apposita procedura per consentire il rimborso delle somme residue per chi ne farà richiesta.

The refund will be issued in different ways, depending on the user's location:

  • For the holders of a supply contract with Como Acqua, l’importo verrà restituito tramite bill curtailment.
  • For those who Are not holders of a supply contract with Como Acqua, il rimborso sarà effettuato mediante bank account credit (IBAN).

To request a refund, you must fill out the appropriate form for your situation.

Una volta compilato, il modulo dovrà essere trasmesso a Como Acqua secondo le modalità indicate sullo stesso.
