The refund will be issued in different ways, depending on the user's location:

  • For the holders of a supply contract with Como Acqua, The amount will be refunded via bill curtailment.
  • For those who Are not holders of a supply contract with Como Acqua, The refund will be made via bank account credit (IBAN).
