Como Water customer satisfaction survey kicks off.

Como Acqua, Sole Operator of the Integrated Water Service of the Province of Como, starting from June 9, 2025 and until June 27, 2025, will carry out a’Customer Satisfaction Survey addressed to its users.

For this activity you will be supported by Norstat, a company specialized in the sector.

Therefore, over the coming weeks, some citizens of the Municipalities of Albiolo, Erba, Fenegrò, Lezzeno, and Mariano Comense (in addition to those who submitted a complaint the previous year) may receive an invitation by email to fill out a specific questionnaire.

The survey results will help improve the quality of the service.
