A new finishing system. Inauguration March 23, 2019.

The phyto-purification plant of the Como Acqua treatment plant in Merone, in Baggero, was inaugurated yesterday, Saturday, March 23. Thanks to a new polishing system, the water flowing into the river is of higher quality. This is a concrete action to protect the environment, coinciding with World Water Day, which was held the day before.

Present at the inauguration ceremony were the president of the Valle Lambro Park, Eleonora Frigerio, and the local mayors, Giovanni Vanossi (Merone) and Giuseppe Costanzo (Lambrugo). Regional undersecretary Fabrizio Turba was also present.
