As Acqua S.r.l., Sole Operator of the Integrated Water Service of the Province of Como, we inform you that the 2026 Customer Satisfaction Survey is about to begin. This survey is aimed at assessing user satisfaction and, consequently, at the continuous improvement of the quality of the service offered.

In the coming weeks, users may be contacted by phone or email and invited to participate in a short questionnaire (approximately 10 questions). The survey will be active from June 5 to June 30, 2026.

Participation is voluntary and anonymous. Non-participation will not result in any consequences, but participation represents a fundamental contribution to enable Como Acqua to identify areas for improvement and respond more effectively to the needs of the territory.

The survey activity is carried out with the support of the appointed company QUAERIS Srl, in compliance with current legislation on personal data protection (EU Regulation 679/2016 – GDPR).
