In recent days, Como Acqua participated in the Career Day organized at Lariofiere by Confindustria Como and Confindustria Lecco and Sondrio, an initiative that involved over 1,000 female and male students from 18 schools in the provinces of Como, Lecco, and Sondrio.

An event of great significance for the region, which saw the presence of more than 100 companies engaged in one-on-one interviews with young people, offering a concrete opportunity for guidance and direct interaction with the working world.

Como Acqua also took part in the initiative with its HR team, meeting numerous students interested in learning more about professional opportunities in the water sector. The integrated water service represents a strategic and constantly evolving field that requires increasingly cross-cutting skills: from engineering to sustainability, and from digital innovation to data management.

For the Company, moments like this are essential for introducing the new generations to a sector that has a direct impact on the quality of life and the protection of an essential resource like water.
