Como Water participated in the Young Fair, from November 13 to 15, 2025 at the Lariofiere exhibition center in Erba, an edition that recorded more than 30,000 visitors, mainly high school and university students, in a context dedicated to educational and career guidance.

Lo Como Water corporate booth he welcomed the young people with the presence of various professional figures: engineers to illustrate water networks, laboratory technicians for water quality analysis, communication experts for the role of the water service in the area, HR specialists for career opportunities, and other representative profiles. Answers were provided to concrete questions on plant design, skills required for data scientists in the water sector, and the stability of the integrated water service (IWS).

Attention focused on the over 40 in-house professions, ranging from technical areas (project managers, geologists, plumbers) to corporate ones (lawyers, controllers, facility managers), up to emerging figures such as BIM specialists, energy managers, GIS experts, and IoT cybersecurity specialists.

The Young fair was the occasion to distribute the brochure “Within every drop of water a world of professionalism”, which describes career opportunities in the context of the IWC, a stable sector with a focus on innovation and environmental sustainability.
